How do I use GetMyFood.com?

Enter your City and your Location and well show you the restaurants in your location that will deliver food to your address. From there, you can easily place your order online. You can also order by phone if have a prepaid account.

How to order online?

Choose from one of our online ordering enabled restaurants, scan through the menu and select the items youd like to add to cart. If options are required, e.g. Spicy, Non spicy, youll be prompted to choose them. Once youre through with ordering, click the Add to Cart" button and follow the checkout instructions from there.

Where is my ordered food?

After your order is forwarded to the restaurant by our Service Delivery Team, the restaurant confirms that theyve received it and adjusts the estimated delivery time as per the given timelines. The estimated time for delivery will be in the receipt which will be mailed to you. If the printed time has come and gone, please let us know and well find out where your food is.

Can the order be changed after placing it?

If the restaurant has already started preparing your order, then they may not be able to change it. Faster you let us know that you want to change your order we may give it a shot.

Will I get a confirmation of my placed order?

Once your payment is through we will shoot your order immediately to the concerned restaurant and take the concurrence and upon the confirmation from the restaurant we will shoot an email to registered email id i.e. your user ID and an SMS alert to your registered Mobile Number with the Order Confirmation Number and details. All of this should happen within 3-5 minutes. If its been that long and youre still not received any confirmation alert from us, call us at the local number placed on the top right side of the home page and well provide the present status. Dont forget to white list our email id by checking in your spam box. Who knows, our mail may have reached your spam box!!

Do you charge the user anything and what is the Convenience Charge?

No, its usually free as we charge the restaurant a small fee for each order we provide to them. In some cases we have a small amount of charge being levied know as convenience Charges on the total amount as in those cases we dont earn enough from the restaurant to cover our operational cost. Therefore we levy the same.

GetMyfood.com ensures that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card details may be shared with our service providers or vendors to the extent deemed to be necessary.
